Q: What are the ingredients?

The can says naptha, hydrotreated light (64742-49-0), ethanol SDA 3C, isopropyl alcohol, n-propyl acetate, 1,1-difluoriethane. The can doesn't tell you that it's malfunctioning spray nozzle will cover your hand in this stuff instead of your flux covered PCB.

Q: Why does this product dispense solvent onto my hand instead of the pcb i'm trying to clean - this is unacceptable!
