I believe so. I've purchased from website and also at local retailer. Appears to be same product. Same scent texture results and packaging

How to lock pump for travel?

That is a very good question. As far as I could see there is none. I wrapped painter’s tape to block the plunger. It was ok. I finally transferred some of it into another container.
