These are great quality and were offered at a competitive price. For us they seem to provide a boost — we take during midday. We also give one to our diabetic 17 year old dog, and the one pill a day in food seems to help keep her blood glucose number down (as compared to when she does not get a pill & everything else is the same with a reading taken next morning). So these are a win win for us & we intend to keep taking them.

I have asthma and sometimes need high doses of vitamin C ( 6 to 10 grams ). Same for colds and flu 1gram (1000mil) every hour. Be sure to be taking your other support vits, minerals and amino acids in the amounts right for yourself.

Good product. Only downside is you must take two capsules to get 1200mg of vitamin c. I usually take 1 twice daily and this works well for me. Would buy again.

Am ordering again because it's a great product for the immune system...absorbs better than regular vitamin C and at a great price.The expiration date is stamped in yellow on the bottom of the bottle. A bit hard to read.
