Great for bone health
Alongside calcium, vitamins K and D, boron is essential for strong bones. I trust nutricost and have not come across any "fake" supplements from them. I am now getting all of my supplements from Amazon.

It works.
I keep track of assorted minerals by doing HTMA’s periodically. I was low in boron in the past, and I’m at an age where bone health becomes more important. I’ve also read that boron may help with testosterone levels, but the research is not so slam dunk, but keeping that hormone up has important implications with aging such as for cardiovascular health. My most recent HTMA shows that my boron level is now normal. I’ve taken other supplements over the years, such as omega-3, where after using them for a year my blood tests did not show an improvement. So, having evidence that the supplement is being absorbed and getting up to where it belongs is a bigger issue than it may seem.
