It’s not supposed to work according to the latest research BUT it keeps my 90 old FIL moving. He swears by it. I have to order it in large batches so he doesn’t run out.

I shattered my kneecaps in an auto accident when I was 14. Over the years I 've had a lot of pain & swelling with my knees. I had cancer when I turned 50 & the cancer meds really caused problems with my kneecaps as well. My Dr. suggested I try Glucosamine liquid. He told me the liquid worked much better than the pills. So I tried it & it worked! After about 3 weeks I noticed that the pain in my knees had subsided. Some of the ladies in my support group tried it as well & had the same results. Over the years I got away from taking the Glucosamine... until recently. My knees have started bothering me again. This Natures Way Liquid is the exact same brand as I took 20 years ago, so I bought a bottle from Amazon. Had to buy more. Only a couple of doses left in this bottle. But it's working! No more pain. Highly recommend - try it! (BTW I just turned 75)

It may not work for everyone, but this works for me. Although it takes a week or so at first to begin realizing the benefits, using it on a regular basis really helps reduce the pain I have in a big toe joint where there's no cartilage left - it's bone against bone. I know this makes a difference because on more than one occasion I've run out, didn't have it for a couple of weeks, and my pain returned full force. Although some reviewers have commented that the taste is awful, I don't think it's that bad. No, I wouldn't want to drink a glass of it, but you only need a swallow or two, and it's easily chased with a sip or two of water. The liquid form is especially nice for those of us who have trouble taking pills since glucosamine pills are huge.

I've tried glucosamine-chondroitin before without effect. This is different. A year ago my knee was very painful and I could barely bend it. I tried this, candidly without much hope, to avoid another knee replacement. A year later and I can bend both knees and pick stuff up from the floor. I can walk for an hour. The pain level is considerably lower. I love this product. The taste is ok; I prefer it cold. This product is nothing short of amazing.

really effective. works in a couple of days. pain in my knees go away immediatly and when I run out, i start to feel pain again. taste is good and easy to take as you can drink it on an empty stomach. so i take it in the morning with my vitamins. if not, i would forget to take it. never can remember to take those supplements that are required to be taking with a meal.
