I have used this twice a day since receiving it to work out knotted up tissue in my neck and shoulders. I have been suffering with severe limitations and pain for months before the purchase. In only three days I was back in the gym exercising without limitation. I plan to use it daily for one cycle (15 minutes) to maintain and stay pain free. Highly recommend if you’re like I was, and constantly reaching up grabbing your neck and shoulders trying to make the pain stop. This device is terrific. You regulate the pressure by position and how much you let your arms fall in the straps. It can be a light warm rub, or deep tissue to work out those knots. Powerful, and doesn’t bog down. Game changer!

My niece told me about this and how much it helped her neck. So after reading up about it I decided to order one for me and am so glad I did. It really does help loosen up my neck when I am having pain.I like it better than going for a massage because I can adjust the tension on this and it also has heat. It does actually feel like someone is kneading the muscles. And the best part? I have it here at home and can use it anytime my neck is bothering me.

This thing is good! It gets the job done. I would recommend this to someone. It is pretty dang strong, With three intensity levels. The heat is nice too.This is a good purchase for someone like myself who doesn’t want to pay a ton of money for massages. It definitely will help work out some of the tension in your neck and shoulders.

This is the best small shiatsu massager I have ever used. It's simple to use and you can hold it to get the right location and pressure to relieve your muscle pain issues. Great price, range of settings, it's not overly loud and I use it for pain relief for my neck and lower back. If you want a good firm and deep massage, this is a great product!

This product is great and feels really good on the back and neck. I tried one at work that a coworker left in our break room. My husband surprised me with my own a few weeks later. I always have big knots in my neck and back muscles. I used this while watching TV, for maybe half an hour total- over my t shirt - moving it around between lower, upper back and neck. When I got up I felt like my back was sunburned. It was red all over my back and this blister/burn has formed. This picture is after 24 hours of using silvadene burn cream and a dressing over it. 🫠😢 Just beware if you buy one. It does feel super great, with deep massage rollers, just don’t expect this to happen.

I purchased this item as a gift at the very beginning of January. I arrived faster than expected. It was packed really great. I like the bag and the car charger. I tried it several times on my neck and lower back. It works just great and makes good deep massage. I like the option to regulate depth of massage by the two straps. The heating adds a lot to the massage. I like the power supply since battery-operated massagers have many negative reviews regarding life of batteries. So far so good. I strongly recommend this product.
