Helps joints and tendons
Takes a couple of weeks to get into your joints and start working but very noticeable and worth it when it does. Great joint supp at a good price

Great product for joint pain
Got this product for my dad. He has been feeling pain on his legs for a while now. Since starting it he has been complaining a lot less and has been feeling up to going for walks!

Maybe it just didn't help me.
I can't say this impressed me. I took it to help with tendon/ligament pain and swelling, and it may have helped slightly, but I still had the pain in my thumbs most of the time. In fairness, maybe working on a keyboard all day is just more than Cissus can counteract. I took it for three weeks--which is usually long enough to tell if a supplement is going to help.

Cissus Quad - so far, so good
Issues with arthritis, sciatica, knee replacement & some feet/leg aches. I've been using this product for over 30 days & am experiencing less pain. I do notice a difference if I forget to take it. I believe adding it to my other supplements is assisting me to follow a natural pain management plan. It's worth a try as long as the individual also addresses any toxins in the body - smoking, excess alcohol or drugs, even prescription, processed sugars & other foods. The cost is much better than prescriptions and/or surgeries.

Well after 10 bottles of this I feel no different so I'm going to save my money no reorder for me

GAG! CHOKE! Capsules are WAY too big!
I am a big fan of CQ, especially considering my recent shoulder surgery. I ran out of my previous 800 mg supply, and ordered this product because the description stated that the capsules were easy to swallow. Wrong! They are more than twice as large as my previous capsules, and there is NO WAY I can choke them down. I have taken to opening the caps and mixing the powder inside with a flavored yogurt. The taste is not good, but it is tolerable if I hold my nose. I can't wait to finish these off and go back to my previous supplier.

Work
I wasnt sure what to expect, but after taking it for three days I noticed a difference. Before I started taking it I couldn't lift my right arm passed my shoulder, couldn't scratch my back,couldn't put my shirt on for work. I felt helpless.
