Roho Mosaic Cushion, 16" X 16"

At first I was iffy about this cushion cuz it just looks like a bunch of air bubble all close together. I got it for my mom that has 6 fractures on her spine because of an illness, as she has great difficulty traveling in a car to and from the hospital, or anywhere else. She screams in pain when going over bumps and such, and I just had to find a better, and more comfortable way for her to travel. I found this online based on reviews about the product on third party sites, and decided to try it. If it didn't work, I would just return it. To my absolute surprise, my mom went from screaming in pain all the time when traveling, to 100% not complaining of pain or even saying "ouch" when going over rough roads. It was amazing! Truly a miracle. She is so thankful that I got this for her, and I'm so thankful that my mom is not in pain anymore when traveling. This cushion is the real deal. Absolute miracle.

I am in my car for about 50% of my work day, and found that I was developing some sciatica. I tried several other seating options, and find this is the best one. First of all, it is a personalized option, as you can tweak the amount of pressure/air that you are sitting on, whereas other options of foam, or the gel pads do not give you any sense of responding to your weight. I tried them all..thinking I didn't want to spend $100. It was a waste of my time, and peace of mind, because I was living in pain.If you are someone who has to spend a lot of time sitting for any reason. This is it.. go for it.

I bought a second one of these for my other foot. I use them under my heels at night. They are comfortable enough to cushion the pressure on my calves as well. Helps prevent pressure sores. Easy to adjust the stiffness by how much air you add. The downside is it is difficult to open and close the air valve. They need to work on that. Really love the smooth and easy to wash cover it comes with.

I had and have many different makes of air cushions. This type, Roho, are very close to the top in all sections of descriptions: function, durability, comfort, style, wash friendly. All sections were at the or close to the top except ,durability, for I have only bin in use for a short while.
