Pine Needle Tea
Pine needle tea has been drunk for a long time in Korea and Japan for its health benefits.I bought this after hearing that it stabilizes blood pressure, improves blood circulation, and strengthens immunity. The taste is a little unique, but I can drink it normally now. My dry skin has become moisturized, probably due to improved blood circulation. I think I'm in good shape.

mild and easy to take
A really easy way to take this powder is in a little applesauce. I put about a half to a full tsp., along with the same amount of star anise in a little applesauce, and it's really delicious. Have heard some really good things about these two, in order to boost immunity. I have been taking it about 2 weeks, and it seems my focus and concentration is better, along with my energy. Added bonuses I wasn't expecting.

No English
No English, we want to make tea with the pine needle tea. What is the amount you use for a cup of tea, and for a pot of tea?

Mild but fragrant
It’s like drinking liquid forest!!!! I love it. I’m hopeful about the health benefits of pine needles as well. It’s very easy to drink. I was excited and a bit nervous to try but it’s very smooth. It’s very refreshing prepared iced!!!! Great summer drink. To people saying no english, you know there are apps that can translate whatever you see with your phone camera, right? That’s what I did and it worked perfectly. No specific instructions on the package though.

Hmmmm not sure about this yet
Sooo…. This is most certainly not a Christmas tree in a cup. It doesn’t smell like a forest… it does however taste like a combination of some dirt and a slice of bitter tree bark. I thought I would do better with the taste because I typically enjoy green powders and weird health stuff. But this stuff… I dunno about it. I feel let down. The other reviewers kinda hyped it up and this hasn’t been my experience. I’m not sure what they were smoking errr drinking -haha- but I could definitely see a drop of honey helping it be more enjoyable.

Mild taste
so this comes from the red pine in Korea, as the seller said. That pine has many properties if you research it.I tasted it today and it's very mild. I expected it to be bitter. It was barely bitter at all, and very pleasant compared to the other herbs I take. If you are not used to taking herbs, maybe you won't like it, but I think it's just fine. I've used it in a soup and tea so far so good.

Since am used to matcha, I could figure how to prepare the tea. Instructions are not in English but in Korean which is foreign to me.Please kindly just add one simple English instructions… hope I did it right - matcha style(?)
