Good value
Fit a nd finish is good I read the stats before I ordered ...the handle may sound small or short (4 and a quarter in.) but it works I wear xl gloves. Nice handle and blade the jumping on the blade are cut deep a nd the file work really helps, the pins are very shiny could be from buffing the handle ( G10 ) Thinking the pins will lose some luster with use. Handles very close to the one in rhe add. As far as the sheath it's nice sturdy a dark brown in color, horizontal carry only ( left or right ). Will probably make a vertical dangler one thing I noticed was that the tang has a distal to it ( a little thinner at the lanyard hole ). It's skuttle but it gives a nice balance to the blade. Nice touch !! The steel is good for the price easy to sharpen. not a premium steel but about as good a aus8 or v10 . If your a newer person with knives I feel it's a good buy, it will serve you well. If your a old hand with knives than look it over. I'm not an expert just a old guy that has a lot of blades. it's 58 bucks I will have longer than a meal and a movie. My grandson is already calling dibs on it lol. Wife also eyeing for kitchen use,

Great surprise
First off, I don't care if they come with an edge on them. If you do, this knife was not shipped very sharp. The knife quality is unmatched at $50-ish. Even the sheath is worthy of something twice it's price. This knife looks, feels, and performs with knives 2x-3x it's price. I took it out in the bush for 6 days and used it for almost every task. I do not use my knives as strikers for a ferro rod, but it should do fine. If you are familiar with the steel and other materials used, the sum is better than the parts. This is a great knife for the bush if the size fits the task. I currently have just over 90 knives (almost all fixed blades) and this knife will be worked in to the rotation. I don't mind maintaining my knives in the field, but this does hold a very good edge. Buy it. I don't see how you can go wrong for the price. It feels like a $100 knife.

Great Knife for Light Use, Terrible Sheath
The knife pretty good for the money. The blade steel is what you’d expect on a $50 knife; it’s easy to sharpen and easy to chip. It’s a great knife for slicing, cleaning or skinning. If you’re looking for a knife to beat on, I’d recommend something with a lot better blade steel (Maybe 154CM or 1095 steel). But the steel on this blade is much more corrosion resistant than 1095, so it works better near or in water. The fit and finish on this knife is amazing, I’ve never had a knife feel more comfortable in the hand. The sheath is absolutely terrible. It looks great but does not have any retention. I tried wearing this thing ECD for 3 days....... It fell out of the sheath at least once a day from just getting in and out of my car. I almost lost it one day because of the lack of retention and spent an hour looking through a field. One of the times it fell out of the sheath, it made a chip in the knife and I had to reshape the edge.Overall the knife is great looks and feels great. Functionality wise, it’s great for anything but hard/rough use and the sheath is terrible.

Awesome Carry Knife. Style, Function and Reasonable Price! You won't be disappointed!
Exactly as described. I own m, many knives, folders and fixed blade, and this is one of my favorites, Sharpens easily and holds an edge. Fits in the hand and gives you many options to grip for fine or coarse work. Sheath is one of the best....horizontal carry is discrete and right there to grab when needed. The basket weave pattern and color are very appealing. I've just recently discovered CRKT knives and have purchased 10 over the past 6 months...personal and gifts. THe make a quality knife and a very reasonable, almost questionable price. Don't let the low prices fool you into thinking these are cheap foreign imported knockoffs....They Definitely are NOT! Look at the "Mossback" design by Krein for another great option. Own both and l them equally. I highly recommend either!!
