ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER!!!!!!!
I am aged 62 and weigh 90kg. I had a left foot fusion on the 7th March 2025. Advised by my consultant and physio, that I could not weight bear for several weeks. Discharged from the excellent NHS with a pair of crutches and a rollator frame. I do not know how patients are expected to mobilise safely, with an injured lower limb and not weight bear. Despite being on strong regular pain relief, I was in considerable pain and dreaded having to get up to use the bathroom or go to bed. Thankfully I live in a bungalow so no stairs to climb. I felt unsafe using the crutches when walking long distances and the zimmer frame was difficult to manoeuvre in small spaces. After several days of struggling, I decided to purchase my new mode of transport. I have to be honest, I did not think it would work, but in all honesty it has been an absolute game changer for. I am like Stirling Moss manoeuvring around the house. I feel safe and secure and can manage to use without any supervision. Unlike, when using the crutches or frame. There are a couple of things you should be aware of before purchasing.1) Brilliant on flat tiled or laminated floors. Not so good on carpet2) In my opinion, not robust enough to use outside.3) The brakes are acceptable enough for indoor use, with no inclines. I do not think the brakes are strong enough to use outside. Having said that. I managed to get from my front door to the car on flat ground with no issues. I definitely would not feel safe using this outside. The brakes need to be be more robust4) If you need help mobilising in the home it is absolutely brilliant and an absolute game changer and I highly recommend!

Life changing
I never do reviews but this Knee Rover has literally changed my life, I have had it less than 12 hours and it has enabled me to do so much more than expected as well as easier than expected due to the mechanisms within the scooter. So I broke my ankle and they put it in a boot with crutches but a week after you can see I’ve weight bared too much and my ankle bone has moved🤦♀️ So now they have put it in a cast which I struggle with due to crutches.I ordered this model as it was delivered the day after and had the most invaluable basket, it is also comfy for a cast up to my knee. It has cost more but definitely worth it ❤️ Honestly don’t hesitate it really is amazing 🤩 x

Great scooter if you have an achilles injury
I am 6ft6" (2m) and the range of adjustment on this scooter allowed me to use it with ease, small little basket on the front helps to collect the odd grocery whilst partner is pushing the trolley.Fantastic for zipping about supermarkets/hospitals and going distances when using crutches is just very tiring and a pain. Cannot recommend this highly enough for getting about if you have some kind of leg injury.
