Great for a “glamping office”
Update: We’ve had this tent up and in daily use for almost a year. It’s withstood up to 60mph winds and torrential downpours with no problems. Best tent ever! After traveling and working full time from our RV for three years, my partner and I decided to sit still for a while and create a more settled outdoor living space. After much research to find an impermanent, outdoor structure for creating a multipurpose yoga, workout, music studio and office space, I purchased this tent for a few key reasons: size, square walls, chimney opening, and windows. I’ve had a 10x10 Kodiak Cavas tent for years that’s been miraculous for many purposes, however they (sadly) don’t make a version with these features. The 10x12 is wonderful, and with the 5’ high side walls and 8’ high center, feels very spacious. The frame is sturdy (so far it’s withstood 20mph winds and rain with grace), the canvas is good heavy quality, and I really like the windows that can be opened from both the outside (to let light in) and inside (to let air in).It came in two unexpectedly huge boxes, and was an adventure to set up. The instructions leave quite a bit of details up to your imagination. Compared with my Kodiak tent this is a lot more involved and I wouldn’t want to take it down and put it up frequently, but it’s great to leave standing for a while. The only real complaint I have is with the mud flap / floor setup. I still haven’t been able to get all the corners tucked in so no drafts enter, and it’s a little strange to have to tuck the doors under every time you close it. It has stayed waterproof and freeze proof on the inside though, so, for all the pros I can live with this con.I haven’t “cut the chimney” yet, but it looks easy enough!

Absolutely love. Great service, price, and quality.
We had originally sought out a yurt to live off grid in. After dozens of hours (and phone calls), we decided to take a chance on this 16x20' wall tent. We've lived off grid in a tiny house before, but we're honestly super nervous about living in a "tent." Well, can honestly say these bad boys are AMAZING. The tents themselves are huge, and well designed. The three bags we got were around 150 pounds a piece; heavy but we could lug them around, albeit with some grunting. Helped that there are straps, so my wife and I each took a strap and carried them together. Some of the reviews were negative due to "not clear instructions," so we watched the videos White Duck offers before setting up. We had our 15 year-old help us and it was up within 30 minutes. No biggie at all, just watch their vids/tutorials. We did build a stilted base to keep the floor dry and away from any bugs/animals who might want to join us. Honestly in love with this thing, and our intentional community neighbors have decided to get one as well. My only "complaint" is that they went on sale a week after we bought ours, and had we waited it would have saved us $500. Maybe White Duck will sponsor us and give us a porch? 😂This canvass does super well against the cold, and winds averaging 15-20 mph in our area. When it was 12 degrees outside we were okay in it with only a small propane heater, as our wood stove isn't installed yet.Downsides, if you're single or not able to carry much: 2+ people to set up is essential, an the bags weigh as much as the local woo-girls in your town. The instructions aren't super thorough, so you'll have to watch the video/tutorial to put up properly without issues. Keep those things in mind and you'll enjoy the crud out of your tent as much as we do.

We love our Taj-Ma-Tent!
We are super impressed with the quality of this tent! We built an elevated platform with insulated floors and two 10x16 decks to make it into our vacation “cabin” in the mountains. We’ve stayed in it about 9weeks since erected 7 months ago and couldn’t be happier. We also purchased the rain fly and highly recommend getting that with your tent. With four men it was erected in about 30 minutes. We used ropes to pull the rain fly in place after the tent was up. We have a wood stove and have been impressed how well the tent retains the heat. We stared a roaring fire before bed when it was 55 degrees Fahrenheit. When we went to bed it was 82 degrees. In the morning it was 68 degrees in the tent and 52 degrees outside

Customer service is pretty poor
Huge order mess up and I still haven't gotten a refund from WhiteDuck. I got charged twice for two tents when I just ordered one. We sent one of them back about 2.5 weeks ago and I haven't gotten a refund. I tried contacting the support team and they said they couldn't do anything about it and pretty much blew me off and said another team would get back to me.I would understand if this was a small order but I got the largest tent for over $4,000. This is a big purchase and an ugly amount to not be refunded and merely shrugged at. So I guess if you order a tent just be ready for an uphill battle with customer support if things go wrong.UPDATEI just tried reaching out to the White Duck AGAIN on their website. I was chatting with an individual named Layla and was trying to get in contact with someone to get the right refund. They refunded me the wrong amount and for the wrong order so I'm just trying to get this resolved.Me: "Can I just talk to someone on Amazon team so I can get the right refund?"Layla: "No I don't have access to their system"Me: "I know you don't can I talk to someone who does have that access?"Layla: "I'm going to end this chat so I don't waste anymore of your precious time"Then she LITERALLY hung up on me. What in the WORLD is going on? All I want is to talk with someone on the phone about my orders so I can clear out this mess and get the right refund. This is an expensive order. I'm literally about to return everything it's been so awful.
