Nope. Ivermectin is an anti-parasitic medication that works by binding to invertebrate muscle and nerve cells of parasites, causing paralysis and death of parasites. Apis mellifica is a highly diluted curative agent derived from honey bees and can provide relief with certain types of inflammation like swelling from insect bites, bee stings, hives, soar throats, eye infections and urinary tract infections. It's also been shown to help relieve arthritis.

Q: Should I use 200C or 30C for my son (age 8) who gets big welts with mosquito bites?

Start with the 30 cc. Give him 2 and see how well that works. If it takes care of things than stick with that dose. If it doesn't add one next dose and see and so on. It will not cause issues if he gets more than he needs. He will just pee it out. If you find that you have to give him 5 or more I would get the 200c. If you don't know your not supposed to touch them anymore than necessary. I use several variety's of the Boiron pellets for different issues and they work amazing for something so tiny. Good luck
