Crave Note 10+ Case, Dual Guard Protection Series Case for Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Plus - Forest Green

I've used Otterbox Symmetry series cases for years, because I thought they were the best. But, when my current cases started separating along a seam at the bottom and literally started falling apart, I looked for a replacement and they don't even sell them anymore for my phone. Even if I could find one second hand, they only had black.So, I started searching and found these CRAVE cases. They looked really nice and come in so many different colors, so I thought I'd give them a try for both my Note 10 plus, and my wife's Note 8. So, first plus for these, they actually have cases for both of these older phones in a variety of colors.I received the new cases within a few days and absolutely love them! They fit both phones perfectly and snap on very securely. The finish is beautiful, and the texture is grippy enough to easily and securely hold the phone, while not grabbing when placing in my pocket. They also don't show fingerprints or smudges. The case provides more substantial protection than my old case, with a raised edge all the way around the screen, not just the top and bottom. It also has more protection around the S-pen, where my old case left that whole corner exposed.All the ports are accessible, and the buttons are the best I've seen on any phone case. They stand out well in silver against the black case edge, and they function perfectly, with just enough resistance but very responsive 'click' when pressed. I've also had no issues with wireless charging.Bottom line, these are amazing cases at a very good price, and are my new favorite. My wife also loves hers, so it's not just me. I got blue and she got red and both colors look really nice.I highly recommend these cases!

Edit: I originally gave this case a 3-star review and the seller contacted me almost the same day and offered to send a replacement. Over a 3-star review! I was skeptical a replacement would be any different but I accepted the offer. I received the new case a few days later and it looks the same, and feels the same, but it correctly activates the volume and power buttons when pressed. This case really is a great case, it's not expensive like an Otter Box which I've had for this phone and wasn't happy with the bulkiness. You easily get more than what you pay for.Original review:It's a very nice looking phone case, and it feels great when I hold my phone. I've dropped my phone being out of my SUV or standing up from a chair and my phone doesn't have any damage at all. My one and only complaint, and it is a moderate one so not minor and not major, is the covers for the buttons (volume and power) are terrible. They're made of a hard plastic made too look like metal, and they do not stay in place. The result is when you go to press the desired button most times it does not accurately activate the desired response, ie the volume increases when you want it to decrease. In the beginning it seemed like a small inconvenience, but I've had it for many months and by now it's very irritating. It looks nice but cannot recommend this case.

I like that the case has two layers, it's quite sturdy. The overlay buttons that go over my volume and power buttons are a little wiggly, but they work better than my previous case and are not flush to the case so they're easy to use. Also, I drop my phone often and I am very accident prone lol, and so far I've had no issues with this case. I was nervous to get rid of my old Otterbox one (it broke in half from use/time) as it did a great job protecting my phone when it fell but this has done a good job so far. My qualms are that there is already some wear and tear on the case, along the edges on the back, and I've only had it for about a month. Also not sure if a popsocket would stick well since the back is slightly textured but those are really the only things I can think of.

If I need to replace my case again and I also wanted something more on the "plain" side (the case I just tossed upon receiving this one was greenery: vines & leaves), I would buy this again.The texture on the back is very attractive and also nice to touch. The case is heavier than my other case. The fit is perfect.I uploaded so many pictures to show the color in different lighting. I am not sure if Amazon will have them in the same order as I uploaded, but the pics were taken with the following lighting: 1st pic, low lamp light. 2nd, same place as 1st but with the flash turned on. 3rd, directly under the lamp. 4th, ceiling overhead light turned on. The color is gorgeous and exactly as pictured in the advertisement. 5th is to show the inside (which is totally nice but of course you never see that) and the buttons on the side.

I love the color green and this was the perfect shade. I was a bit concerned about the texture as I have sensory issues but the groves are pretty flat and it does allow for better grip and also allows for my pop socket to hold in place longer.I've had this case for so long it is developing some wear and tear. The corners on near the charging port have popped off and leaves the black case visible and causes small dips but nothing too noticeable. With the wear and tear the green part can also become loose and can be removed from the piece.I would purchase again. I think the price for this was perfect. The case fit my note 10 plus perfect and was easy to place and remove.

I like this case, because it fits my Not 10 Plus phone perfectly. Because its coating is not slick, it does not easily slide off of a slanted surface. It is rugged, and its buttons for turning the phone on and off and for raising and lowering the volume are easy to access. This is my third case for this phone and is easily the best of the three. Highly recommended.
