I just got this today. Usually I wouldn't leave a review this soon after getting something, but this thing is fantastic! It seems to be very heavy duty and sturdy. The seams, zippers, insulation, moveable dividers and two separate inserts all seem to be well constructed and high quality. They also allow a lot of versitility. You can remove one insert and put the drinks in one side and the other is open for food. I'm pretty sure you can put cold drinks on one side and hot food on the other and it'll maintain both. It's a really good size and the expandable top is great! Any size drinks will work in this thing. Even tall domed lids will fit. Like I said, I just got this today so I haven't had the opportunity to test if it will keep food and beverages hot or cold, however, this has thick inserts and the sides are heavy duty. So I expect it to do a great job. I mean this is a serious cooler/drink caddy. I plan to use it to deliver UberEATS and I think it will be great. There's quite a few pictures that show pretty accurately what it looks like and there's a reason why almost all of the reviews are positive. It's not often these days that you get a purchase in the mail and think "Wow! This is even better than I expected." It's a little more cash than a lot of others but if you want something heavy duty that will keep cold in the heat and hot in the cold and also fits the biggest drinks, then make the investment. It's worth it. I'll update once I've used it a few times.

I deliver for an app service, and this bag has been a life saver. Sure I look like an over-achiever when I go into Dunkin' Donuts with my bag and put the coffees in right there. I'm the envy of the other delivery people bumbling around with the cardboard carriers. I can honestly say I have NEVER spilled a drink using this. Tall drinks to kid size, no problem. You just have to make sure the tops are secure after putting them in, because they can pop off as you sink them in their cozy little spots. I've put milkshakes and smoothies in it for deliveries 25 minutes away, and they were still frozen when the customer got them, even with my heat on in the car.I like the feature where you can take one set of the drink partitions out. I put the drinks in one side, and have an open area on the other side of the bag for the hot stuff. The hot stays hot, and the cold drinks next door stay cold and icy.I've used this bag on almost every order I get. I take it right in the restaurant, put the food in then and there, and it stays until I drop it at the customer's door. I've had this bag for around 300 deliveries, and the lining on one of the partitions is coming apart, but it's no biggie, I use the heck out of this thing. It's even got grip feet on the bottom, so it will not slip when you put it on the seat or car floor while you drive. I don't move the velcro cup sizers around a lot, they pretty much fit everything big or small. I put Chick Fila milkshakes in here that don't cover the hole on the top of the cup when there's whipped cream poking out (which I find VERY unsanitary) and I put it in my bag, and it keeps it all covered. I sanitize and clean my bag when I'm done my orders for the night, and it is good to go for the next day!

I spent a LONG TIME searching for the perfect drink carrier, this one seemed to expensive for me so I got a cheaper model from another seller and ended up returning it.What Really motivated me about this seller, click on his name- it is American with an American address, and check his other products DRINK CARRIERS it was not flooded with ching-chang junk.A lot of energy and thought into the design and he seems to only focus on this . The description was clear and said what exactly the material was and what it was insulated with which I seen was missing on other seller’s productsAlthough relatively more expensive it is very well made and well fit for its purpose .I can fit milkshakes, ice cream, sodas ect. If you get ice cream and milkshake orders you can remove the cup carriers from one side and put the ice cream there. The Velcro is VERY top of the line it’s not the cheap kind .When you see it, you can appreciate the quality, it has thick walls and is well insulated with what looks like several layers of insulation because it is very robust. I promise you will not be disappointed.

I have had this item for less than 2 months using it maybe once a week. It’s great when you have tall drink and short ones to carry. It’s very well insulated and you can carry both hot and cold drinks at the same time and it will keep both at their original temperature as they are all compartmentalized. It looks heavy duty and well insulated, however, I just noticed a small tear and wonder if it will keep the drinks insulated and wonder what else will tear after using it less than 10 times.

I DoorDash and it can be so frustrating sometimes trying to deal with drinks. Usually I’m only having to carry one or two and I put those in my console but there are the occasional orders that have multiple drinks. That’s when this drink carrier comes in handy. I will say that I can’t actually fit six drinks comfortably in it but five fits perfectly. I suppose had they been smaller drinks it probably would have held all six though. I haven’t had any lids come off nor have I had any spillage. I also like that I have a place to put the straws. My only complaint (if you could call it that) is I wish it had a hard bottom. I’m thinking of cutting a piece of wood and laying it on the bottom. I think that would work fantastic. At the end of the day, though, I’m very happy with this purchase.
