I switched from the small round drops to these conventional pills, and they are much better. The are packaged well, and no problem to take. As far as results - I am taking them to reduce my creatinine (for kidney function), and really wanted to give them at least 6 months before getting a follow-up blood test. I'll edit my review at that time. So far no negative effects that I can tell...

Balances lady hormones hence the Yin title, my body loves this stuff, referred by acupuncturist to dry out my heavy mucus/flem/inflammation my body produces as a symptom of a new rare condition with Mast Cells. I have allergic responses whenever my body decides it feels under attack. So I've issues with sinus sludge, lymphatic drainage, inflammation, those fun involuntary systems we never worry about. This herb mix seems to balance where the moisture is in my body, moving it out of some places where it's overproduced. This my first formula tried, as a foundation....to now add others too. We shall see. Pills easy to swallow, no aftertaste, no burping them, no bad side effects for me....which I did have with multivitamins so never took them. It helped a tender intestine with pain, from too many Histamine in system. So my GI is also better.

gotta take 5 3time a day. just does not work for me. I need something that I take once a day. can't say if this product works or not.
