I love it made my life so easy I suffer from osteoarthritis I don't have to any lifting. So fast heating up worth the money

This gadget has been fantastic, I have arthritis is my hands and couldn’t manage the kettle too well anymore so this has been an amazing alternative to make my teas and coffees and my teenage son loves the instant hot water when he wants to make his noodles , very pleased with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone, very reasonably priced too for such a great piece of equipment.

Does a great job but the hot water is very slow to come out

I use it several times daily to make teas, and it is so much more convenient than using a kettle. I love it!

I bought my first one about two years ago and it has just given up on me. So it took me a while to find the same one. I had to go and buy a kettle to tie me over till my water dispenser arrived and so very pleased with it

This is my third purchase of this water heater. ..from different sources but it’s the same product.The first two each lasted about five years each & only dripped occasionally. This one drips a lot…sometimes almost filling the drip catcher. I now turn it off between uses…that seems to stop some of the drips.But tbh for the price it does what it claims to do…heats water.A FEW MONTHS LATER….. THE Longer, I have it, the more it drip drip drips. No matter if I leave it turned off or on at night ..it often nearly feels the drip tray. I shall be putting a hot water boiler boiler on my Christmas present list, and donating this one to the tip.Unless you have a very steady hands to carry the drip tray to the sink, think twice.

This is not instant hot water, it starts off cold takes and takes few seconds to warm up so i find that i am using another cup to start it off before i fill my cup so my tea will be hot, Then half way through filling it starts spluttering then stops for a rest then starts again. All in all it takes about a minute and a half to fill a mug which is not very fast compared to other models i have previously had/used. It also drips a lot when not in use. I find myself standing there twiddling me thumbs waiting for it to fill. It maybe ok for someone with painful hands who cannot lift a kettle but it still has to be filled up so I cant see the point really.

Bought this for my mum who was struggling to lift a kettle. It is perfect for what she needed. It has an extremely large water tank and the amount of water required can be controlled with on/off switch. There is a boil and water indicator light which shows clearly when water is pouring and water is ready within seconds. Mum likes to top her cuppa up with hot water this is ideal for that. Other models don't have that facility they just give you one cup at a time. This model is also very quiet when pouring water and it doesn't come out fast so no risk of hot water splash. I'm over the moon with this purchase and for the price it's excellent. Think I'll be getting myself one too. Delivery was really quick too. Very happy.
