Q: Are there instructions for brewing on the package? I have never used Chai Tea before. Thank you!

Yes there are instructions. Basically, use 2 tablespoons in 12 oz of water (4 tablespoons for 3 cups of water). Bring to a boil and then let seep for 5 minutes. Sweeten and add milk as desired. I like it kind of peppery and also add 0.5 tsp of pepper and 05. tsp ginger along with the tea. I also make bigger batches of just seeped tea and then refrigerator the tea for reheating later. I have tried many Chai's and they really are all very different. What I like about this one is it is the best 'overall' flavor that I can customize depending my mood.

Q: How much caffeine is in this tea. How does it compare to coffee?

There is no easy answer to your question. Many variables come into play such as country of origin, darkness of roast, processing of tea (black, green white). Generally tea has less caffeine than coffee but do an internet search "caffeine by product" there are many chats by product and even brand.
