Great tablets..its a little early to say exactly how i feel while on these tablets but i have an auto immune disease and my dad is 78 and with this corona virus around,i'm not taking any risks..so i am on them and so is my dad..what i can say is that they are easy to swallow,and has no nasty taste when i burp,and have had no nasty side effects off them at all...!! All in all anything that boosts the immune system is good so i plan to stay on these tablets and keep my dad on them also indefinetly.

These arrived five days ago so I cannot tell you if they are beneficial to your immune system. I have been taking them since there arrival & at present they have been working fine with no ill affects. I brought these based on other Amazon verified reviewer comments. The price is the only small negative but if I’m honest during these Covid times we are all looking at paying a higher price. That said it doesn’t make it right & I still brought them at the higher price.I will review again once I have been on these for a month to give a true review on how I find them to be working.

Although I’m quite upset that the price just keeps on rising and rising with these… I have to admit I don’t want to risk not having them now as I haven’t had any form of sickness for over a year and a half.During this time, I haven’t had any form of sickness like cold, flu, sore throat or Covid. There have been 2 times where I “felt” like I was going to be sick but it never fully developed. For instance, I’ve had a lump in my throat for a couple of days, but never developed a sore throat or cough. There’s been another time where my nostrils were blocked a few days in the morning but I never got a fully blocked nose or runny nose etc. People around me have been sick and I’ve shared cars with them etc. Ive been out in enclosed public places, tubes, offices.So touch wood, these seem to be have improved my overall immune system. Now I have a weird obsession with taking these specific ones, therefore I will keep paying for the ridiculous prices :(

I'm not sure how long they are supposed to take to 'work'. But I've been using them for 2 months and have been ill twice in that time. Switching to pre and probiotics instead. Oh and also, these taste absolutely disgusting!

This gives piece of mind about getting all the essential vitamins and minerals. No aftertaste like some we have tried. We have been using this product for well over 12 months now and is well the money.

Good product to take year round....Hope gets better with time.Always better is good and better...
