Better than expected.
I researched several low profile led recessed lights before purchasing. What caught my attention about these was the aluminum wiring box. A lot of others were plastic which didn't seem as safe. The housing door didn't stay closed as it should when the wires were all connected so I just taped it closed. Other than that the installation was a breeze. I bought a 6in circle drill bit to help. These lights look really nice when installed and they are plenty bright. The picture is showing where I replaced the spot lights with these under the eaves. I have them only set to 25% in the pic and they put out a lot of light. They are set up on a smart dimmable switch from Kasa. It looks a lot better and spreads the light more than the ugly spotlights. These lights are highly recommended. I would buy them again.

Nice, bright, and easy to install
I bought these lights to replace a fluorescent kitchen light. I spread them out to cover about 600sqft of kitchen. They are bright enough to light up every part of the kitchen. I put them on a dimmer (Lutron Item# SCL-153P-WH) and at the lowest setting they are perfect and there is no flickering at all. I liked them so much that I bought another set to install in the living room and bathroom. The price is much cheaper than what the local box stores sell their lights for.

Great Lights To Add To My Bathroom
The media could not be loaded. Great lights they are nice and bright. they have a nice warm light temp to them. The installation of them are super easy. The power supply seem well built. The lights themself are well built. They are 56 leds on the strips inside the lights. They fire in the side of the glass in the light. I would recommend these lights to anyone wanting recessed led ceiling lights.

Great product but the install was not so easy and the app is glitchy.
These are great replacement lights but I could not get them to stay in place on their own. It could have been due to the cans that were already there but I had to use my existing rings/mounts and then apply 2-way tape to keep them from falling down. The app-to-light setup was easy but the actual app doesn’t always connect to these lights and then at times you will need to exit out and come back in order to regain control again. The brightness is wonderful and the actual colors are fairly close to what you choose. Although the instructions say you can link the control app to Alexa, I still can’t get that to work. These lights may not be perfect but they are a great value for what you pay.

Very bright and easy to install (but avoid beams)
These where easy to install and very bright. Make sure you use 1/2" jbox bushing to run Romex into the supplied Jbox that comes with the lamp (These are not included). (The J box supplied is fairly thin so treat it gently.) Note: at the central portion of the lamp (~2 5/8'' diameter) is almost 3/4" inch thick) as is the edge on one side where the connecting cable is attached, so avoid any beams in the ceiling or you will need to cut out a in thin grove in the beam. Other places on the back are ~11/16" (just over 5/8)" where screw heads on the back stick up a bit.

Highly Recommend
First time recessed lights installer here. These were easy to install with a little electrical background and after watching several videos to become YouTube certified. They look great. I have only gotten positive feedback since installing these.A couple other notes...The wire nuts are a little small if you’re connecting more than 1 wire to each light. I just replaced with larger wire nuts when needed. The junction box was big enough for me.These work well with the recommended dimmer switch I purchased.I already had a 6” hole saw so I used that. It came out a little small, which I expected because others have noted that in their reviews. It was a pretty easy fix though. I put the hole saw back in after cutting the hole out and I moved it around to make it a little wider. That worked fine for me. If you really want the correct hole saw size I would recommend trying out a 6.1”(155mm) hole saw. You can find the 155mm hole saws on Amazon.I also used a drill dust bowl to keep down the drywall dust mess. Worked great for me.

Impressive lights
Impressive lights for the money. Bright enough and they dim nice and smooth with a Lutron dimmer. Be sure and cut the holes the correct size as the flanges dont leave much room for error. These don't come with bushings for romex, only 1/2" knockouts, so you'll need those for whatever wire you're using.A bit thicker than 1/2" deep and I was worried about landing on a ceiling joist, but there was enough texture thickness in my case and the gasket takes up some thickness as well.Would recommend.

Good Idea, but the Technology is Not Quite There Yet
The lights are nice and a decent value, but the Bluetooth technology is not mature. I am not sure it if is the hardware or the app. I thought the people saying the lights were disconnecting were due to the fact they used their phone and were walking out of range with their phone. My idea was to dedicate an older iphone to use much like an ipod touch and just leave it in the room.I installed only two lights as a pilot. Connected quickly and named them both for identification and put them into a new trail "room". I started configuring the first one and was able to change the color, as well as dim it. However, at that point the second one was already disconnected. I had not moved and was sitting within a few feet of both the lights.I went back and reconnected the other light. It had lost its name already and room designation already. So, I renamed it again and adjusted it, but the first one disconnected. At this point it became more challenging to reconnect either of them. I am pretty technologically adept and I struggled with trying to control only two lights from a stationary position for at least thirty minutes before giving up and deciding to return them.To me, there was no way I was going to be able to control a bank of ten lights, even if I dedicated a device to that sole purpose. The idea of controlling as a group, putting on a timer, etc., all seemed beyond reach at this point. The lights work well, but the remote technology was not as advertised. I ended up buying lights from another brand that had selectable color using a physical switch and I will turn them on/off from a wall switch/dimmer. Sorry.
