Classic version is very good
I ordered the "Classic" version which are rolled whole leaves, best I can tell. The leaves were in great shape in the sealed envelope-style bag. They brewed up as a light gold liquor with a sweet overtone and a very faintly piney scent. If you had to characterize the tea, it would be closer to a Chinese black tea than an Indian black tea.My order of tea was high quality and much more refined than the boxed Georgian tea we used to get half a century ago, mass produced for the Russian market and more like CTC tea. This is a very refined tea.

Very Flavorful - current favorite
I am a tea snob. I judge teas as if they were wines. After some years being hooked on single estate Darjeelings, I discovered this tea from Georgia. Knocked my socks off with the flavor of fruit, stone fruit and berries. Moderate tannins, just enough. Just the thing for the first morning sips.

Tastes and smells authentic. My fav black tea now!
Great flavor, long leaf, my favorite black tea now! Go for the "classic" as other reviews suggest, not the "premium" one.

Delicious
As Georgian, I was very excited to see this available on Amazon. It tastes just like the tea I am used to having back home. It's mild, yet strong and has the unique flavor that Georgian tea is known for. I have ordered extra just in case it's no longer available in the future :)

Beware: this is not a premium product
I wish I would pay attention to other reviewers who tried this product before. This is a broken (and by "broken" I mean broken to dust) leaf tea with no good flavor. One may wonder if the seller knows it. The tea has a very sharp, robust and primitive taste, and I am not going to brew it again - it goes straight to the garbage.

"classic" is great, "premium" not so much
Classic version is amazing: long leaf and flavour. Premium version is so-so: the leaves are crushed into almost powder, so it is difficult to measure up the right amount for the "perfect brew".Would definitely buy "classic" again. Will not buy "premium" again.
