A company that stands behind their products!
This company not only responded to my emails promptly, but took the time to find out how many links I needed and sent them out to me right away! As for the ring they gave me a refund for that portion of the sale. At this point, I have enough links now to wear the bracelet on my ankle and have no worry ordering again. In fact, I like the bracelet so much I may order a couple more designs for my self and a few for some family members. It really has helped to stop the leg aches! I didn't expect such high customer service...it was completely refreshing!Edit: I really like the way the bracelet looks and after reading a review that the company responded to their email...I sent them an email with my concerns. They responded within a day! It is so rare to see suchexcellent customer service that I am going to put this back to 5 stars and will update if for any reason there is a problem getting these issues resolved.Within hours of the first time wearing the ring I noticed one end of the ring was gone. And it revealed that it is not solid copper but a copper plating over what looks like plastic.Also the video makes it seem like it is adjustable to a longer length... and adjustable is mentioned several times on the web page... but it is not. It arrived at about 8 1/2" and although you can make it shorter, there is no way to make it longer. I really wanted to wear it on my ankle since I am having chronic pain in my leg and expected extra links to be included... they were not.I have laid it out on my ankle while watching a movie and it did feel better... but maybe from not moving around??? I don't know, I wish it could be made longer... and I wish the ring was solid copper as it probably wouldn't have snapped off right away. Is the bracelet solid copper??? Or is it also plated??3 stars because it is very pretty.

Well made, but does it work?
This bracelet is very well made and it was a perfect size just the way it came, so we didn't have to tinker with adding or removing links. Now, the biggest question, does it help with pain reduction? My wife says that it didn't help her, so she has handed it down to me (I bought a unisex looking bracelet). I have been wearing it for the past 2 weeks and can't say if it really helps or not, but for sure it doesn't hurt, like I always felt from a titanium bracelet and body watch. Will continue wearing it for now, it looks cool and supposedly is helping your red blood cells to be more magnetized with the same charge, thus causing them to repeal more from one another. If this is happening it has a well known benefit by making your blood less sticky and flowing better.

Copper bracelet
Was a little difficult to do the sizing but after an hour of frustration I got it. Would be nicer if we could order it sized already. Bracelet and ring are beautiful.

Beautiful, fits my ankle
This bracelet is beautifully made. I have had no problems with the clasp as some have stated. It seems nothing helps my heel pain, but I thought I’d give this a try. Just for its beauty, I highly recommend it.

3 stars because though it is lovely the adjusting of the lengths is the worst thing ever.
They should not make us do it, 1, it's not cool, and 2, these stupid tools don't work. They just don't. They can give 2 different tools all they like but guess what? They don't work. Company if you're reading this, knock it off and just make smaller sizes for men or women who do not have super large wrists. Thanks.I got this for my husband, and it's similar to a leaf design copper bracelet I got off Temu for half the price and guess what? Same stupid adjustment tool. It did not work so I took it to a jeweler and paid them 10 dollars to do it for me, so probably dropping that money again. It would be sweet if they gave me 10 for my trouble but they won't. LOL.The ring: I would give 5 stars if I could.The ring is great, easy to adjust, light and comfortable.Back to the bracelet, though. We should talk about the clasp. The bracelet is pretty and you need to press the clasp don hard or it won't stay closed just be aware. If you hear it snap it still may not be fully closed so press hard.Otherwise it is well maid and won't ever break and will hopefully help my husband not get carpel tunnel. Still unhappy about having to take it to the jeweler. At least I only paid 10 on temu. LOL

Love this bracelet and ring! Hopefully it will help my arthritis! Even if it doesn't, it's really cute to wear!
