Douglas Barry Badger Plush Stuffed Animal

A few years ago, I was really sick and in the hospital. I kept seeing what I called "wall badgers," which were black badgers that ran up and down the walls and all around the floor of my hospital room. They became a source of comfort and later a symbol of survival to me. I got this badger as a comfort to remind me of the wall badgers that were there when I needed them. He is the only stuffed badger I found that looks like the badgers I saw. He has the right shape. I like that he is cute, but also, I can tell he is fierce. I've named him Harvey for Harvey Wall Badger. He is so comforting! The fur is so amazingly soft, and he is well stuffed, so you can feel the substance of him. This is an excellently constructed stuffed animal that looks realistic enough, but it is also comforting and cute. The badger can give a lot of lessons on persevering and surviving, so it is an apt totem for me.

I wish I could describe how cute this badger is. We actually got this for our dog to rest his head because we like badgers, and our dog attacks the neck of any toy, but this badger has no neck due to its adorableness. It is so shockingly soft that it's popular for the humans as well. Definitely a high quality toy safe for any age. The eyes are and nose are plastic, but they seem incredible well-sewn and they are not coming off.

My boyfriend is a big fan of badgers and this is the best badger plush I’ve run across so far. Good mix of realistic while still looking like a cute stylized plush. Insanely soft and high quality, we love him!

OMG! This is the cutest, the softest little fella. So huggable you won't want to give him up. But I have to. It's for someone else.😭

This is much softer than I expected. Soooo cuddly. The heavy felt “claws” aren’t cuddly, but if they were then they wouldn’t last long. He’s perfectly adorable. Excellent value

I bought myself this Douglas Barry Badger Plush Stuffed Animal.My dog of 13 years died recently, and I have felt so sad and lonely, and I miss him so much.But I am not ready to adopt another real live dog yet.Meanwhile, I decided to buy this sweet little plush Badger to maybe cheer me up a bit.Since he is a Badger, he is not really replacing my dear, sweet dog.This Plush Badger is so darn cute and soft and snuggly.I have always been infatuated with Badgers, so this was a good choice for me.He looks cute sitting around my Mountain home, and no one would guess I got him for the snuggles.I'm a grown woman at age 64, but even we old ladies need something soft to snuggle too.Barry the Badger was a great choice for me. I renamed him Badger-Boy!

Makes for a realistic and soft cuddle buddy. Gave it as a gift to a friend and they promptly fell asleep cuddling it!
