Very impressed
very good product and easy to set up, I was hesitant it wont work when ordering it but despite the fact that it took a while to connect I am enjoying using it. I am thinking of buying another one as a back up.

Amazing Customer Service
When I lost the USB receiver for my Arteck wireless keyboard, I thought I’d probably have to buy a new keyboard.I emailed the Arteck support team just in case and they got back to me literally within a few minutes (they are great). They advised I purchase this USB receiver.Next day, this turned up and I plugged it in. The keyboard didn’t work straight away. But the Arteck team had already told me in advance what to do:1. Press Esc & K on the keyboard - The little power light started flashing2. Plug in the USB receiver into the right side of the laptop3. Move the keyboard near to the USB receiver (I waved the keyboard around within a few cm of the USB receiver)It worked perfectly! I can now use my Arteck keyboard (which is actually the best keyboard I’ve ever owned and it’s solar powered so no batteries needed).All in all, great products and extremely good customer service. Thank you Arteck 👍

Works perfectly with my arteck wireless keyboard
Dongles are generally easy to lose and easy to forget inside a computer. I use my keyboard for work tablets and misplaced the dongle. It took less than 2 seconds to pair the replacement with my keyboard. Good value for money and super easy to pair.

Not compatible with my Arteck HW068 Keyboard
This USB receiver did not pair with my Arteck Keyboard HW086. It didn’t mention in the description that it is not compatible so I assumed it would work. Unfortunately, this was not the case.I reached out to [email protected] for further assistance as mentioned on the packaging however I received no reply. I thought they would help me pair manually but I’ve not heard back so I am left disappointed.I would not recommend if you have the HW086 keyboard.

Works well
Ideal for my Arteck HW192 keyboard. Just a shame the keyboard doesn't have a slot for storage of this little dongle as I wouldn't have lost the original then! Anyway this works so I am happy.

Worked first time. Perfect
I lost the USB dongle for my Artek keyboard and a quick search found this one. It worked immediately. Plug it in, turn on the keyboard, press Escape + K and bingo, instantly works. My keyboard model is HW192 in case that helps confirm it works for you.

Brilliant
I bought this Dongle for my Arteck HW192 keyboard.As per instructions, switch on Keyboard, Insert USB dongle, move keyboard CLOSE tp dongle & Press "ESCAPE + K" Keys, & the device is instantly connected & remembers the dongle there-after.PERFECT & took less than 3 seconds to hook it up.Note that Arteck quote a selection of keyboards that the device will not work with.Delighted & so easy to do.10/10.regardsGrant B

Bought this as I lost mine. At first it didn’t work and would not connect but if you contact their customer service they are super helpful and can send videos and it will work
