Works well - lasts a couple of days at a time
This item had mixed reviews so I only ordered a single cloth just in case it didn't work. When I re-order, I will order a multi-pack because it works just fine. There is clearly some kind of substance on the cloth, which is what keeps the treated glasses from fogging, but I have not had any issues with smearing. I read one review that recommended cleaning your lenses with soap and water first, then applying the anti-fog cloth, so that's what I did and the results were great.I was having a real issue with fogging glasses because of my face mask, basically I had to take my glasses off in stores, etc. This cloth has eliminated the fogging. For the first treatment (just wiping the lenses with the cloth), I cleaned the lenses first. I went to the store and my glasses were completely fog-free. A couple of days later I went out again without retreating my lenses. This time, the lenses started to fog a little near the end of the trip. The next time I went out (a day or so later), I wiped my lenses with the cloth before I left, but I did not clean them first. No fogging at all.I don't know how long the cloth will last, but I will order a multi-pack next time because the cloth works as advertised and I don't have to remove my glasses when I go to the store wearing a face mask anymore.

Works on some glasses, not on others
Just received this cloth about 30 minutes ago and applied to 2 different pairs of glasses. One pair are my main glasses for driving, etc. The other are a pair of prescription Oakleys I use for officiating football.I applied to both pairs as instructed one after the other and let them sit for about a minute. Then put on my COVID mask, which is a fabric one, and tried each pair of glasses on.Worked perfectly on my main glasses... no fog whatsoever. I breathed heavily to test and they were fine. The prescription Oakleys were exactly the opposite. The cloth does not work... at all, like zero.Don't understand why but it was worth a try I guess. I'll need to find a spray for my Oakleys I guess.

Works Short Term
This, coupled with a metal strip and foam strip on my mask, stops my glasses from getting fogged up (for the most part). However, it doesn't work for 48 hours like they say. It works okay for my 45 minute trip to the grocery store but if I have to go to more than one store, I have to use it again. It doesn't stop the fog completely. There's still a little condensation around the edges. But my glasses don't fog up completely like they used to and that's good enough for me.

It actually works!
I need to wear a mask at work so I was looking for something to stop my glasses from fogging up as it was driving my crazy. I thought I would need some kind of spray but because this was cheaper I took a chance. I was skeptical about this item since I thought it's just a piece of cloth, how could that work? But to my surprise, it does work! It's pretty easy/quick to use following the instruction on the bag and it prevents my glasses from fogging up while at work or the gym. I would say it lasts a pretty good number of hours before it needs to be reapplied, maybe something like 12 hours. It says there is a certain number of uses for the cloth, and I've been using it fine for about a month so we'll see. Overall, great product.

New ones are poor quality; Lasts for one year, works great in the healthcare setting
**UPDATE** I had to drop to one star. The first cloth worked great for over a year, but the next one barely worked. I just bought another cloth, thinking the previous one was a dud, but this one doesn’t work well, either. :-(I have glasses with Transitions, Progressives, anti-glare, and anti-scratch coating. When used correctly as per the instructions (fog up your glasses with your breath, then wipe for 10 seconds on each side), they work great! I’ve used it over a year and just bought a new one. So much easier than using a spray and a tissue. And the antifogging works ALL DAY! I often pull 14-hour days in healthcare, and they don’t fog up once.

Worth the money.... works like a charm!
While I don’t wear glasses I did not realize what a big deal this would be to my two boys now that masks are pretty much required everywhere. I followed directions and fogged then wiped the glasses before school and wearing masks all day. They both came home with only good news. I DO have to apply it every morning before school. If not they will fog up. I’ve had this wipe for almost a month and use it every morning on 2 pairs of glasses and it’s still working perfectly. I would definitely recommend! I also like that it comes with a zip loc style pouch for easy storage.

Trading Fogginess for Blurriness.
Bought this based on the reviews, they all had positive things to say for the most part. Was excited to try it out, followed the instructions to the letter, my lenses were nice & clear and then I got to work and masked up, I’m a bus driver and I have to wear my mask for 10-15 hours a day and immediately got blurry vision, I wear prescription lenses so that the world isn’t blurry but that’s all I get from this wipe, thought maybe I did something wrong so tried again and still the same results, it’s easy enough to follow the directions but I’ve gotten better results from the Weiss anti glare wipes at Target. At least I didn’t buy the 3 pack.

Revised review
Unfortunately, this cloth is of no value. I have followed the direction for use. As soon as you go from outdoors to indoors the glasses still fog up as if I had never used the cloth. Save your money.Updated 9/21/2020. After receiving an email from the vendor with further application instructions, the product does appear to work. Though I have not tried in varying temperature changes (opening door in freezer section on the super market) it has worked in going from outdoors into a air conditioned building. The "trick" is to repeat the application instruction several times.
