Toy Chainsaw for Kids, Power Construction Tool Electric Chainsaw Pretend Play Set with Pull Cord, Rotating Chain and Realistic Sounds

This is obviously a toy as the material it is made with is thin plastic but it looks authenic and my 7y/o grandson absolutely LOVES it! I had reservations when i saw how small it was in the box, but my grandson’s face lit up like he was looking at a miracle. It has been several months now and he still plays with it occasionally and keeps it in his closet so it’s always near him

Easy to use. Kids love that parts move. Battery lasts awhile so that’s awesome. Lightweight. Sound is decent but I’ve been told louder would be better. 3years and up. Extremely safe option compared to real life.

This was a hard item to rate since I bought it intending to use it for a cosplay thinking it would be much bigger but it definitely is a child’s toy. It’s hardly 12inches long. It seems pretty durable for a baby’s toy. It’s extremely lightweight so it should be fine for a kid. Not sure who would be buying babies chainsaws though…not suitable for cosplay unless you want an LOL factor carrying around a mini chainsaw.

I ordered this for my Grandson 3rd. Birthday which is on June 6, 2017. Just today I opened it to put batteries in and prepare to wrap for his Birthday Party. It does not work, I tried 3 different sets of new batteries just to make sure it was not the batteries. I would really appreciate it if I could be sent a new toy chainsaw. Thank you in advance.

Was getting it ready as a gift for christmas and tried to use it to make sure it was working first. The instructions (pictures on the package) indicated to push a button on the side, pull the handle, and squeeze the trigger. It worked sporadically. I thought I was doing it wrong so I kept trying different things; however it again either did not work or would work and then stop. When I say it did not work, it was obvious it was defective because I could hear a brief noise and then it would stop. At times when I had it running it stopped even though I was pressing the trigger. This too was a bit weird because a couple times it would run a while no problem, and then at other times it stopped after a few seconds, or stopped after several seconds. This could be a cool toy, but just did not work consistently. I liked how the "chain" spun around the entire thing. Also while it did work a times, I noticed a metallic odor coming from the toy which must have been the electric motor. Not something I would expect in a children's toy. Also the pull handle only pulls up maybe a 1/4 inch, which is a bit weird.

It was a good product. It had a little clearance issue with the chain to the edge of the saw itself. I had to file it down to make it work properly

He love it was nice fit for him.

I love that this product is so realistic looking my son loves it. He loves tools, so this was a perfect gift for him. It makes real chainsaw noises and the blade moves like a chainsaw. It’s awesome.
