Directional amplification
These are not medical hearing aids but amplication devices that have been programmed to amplify frequencies in typical vocal ranges of people. They are perfectly adequate and a lot cheaper than medical hearing aids.They do amplify pretty much all sound equally and you do not get directional awareness of where the sound comes from. But who cares if you are sat with your partner watching TV?I’ve bought these twice and the first pair lasted 3-4 years?The only negative is that the supplied size 10 batteries are slightly thinner than the standard E10 sold in the UK and the + a touch too wide to fit the battery holder. I didn’t return, I just used my dremel tool and made the battery holder a bit bigger. Hope the manufacturer reads this and refines their quality control.

The Best Comfortable Hearing Aids
I have NHS Hearing Aids for both Ears for over 10 Years. No matter what they do the Hearing Aids always seem to Whistle. These Aids have a set of Domes which have removed the Whistle. They are also very light, comfortable and effective.

Stopped working after a week
Sadly the left amplifier stopped working after one weekThey appeared pretty powerful until thenSo sent back had to do this recordedI still haven’t received a refund for the item or the postage which is a fair amount of money

Not suitable for my use
I found them very irritating to wear I tried all setting from low to high and the buzzing is unbearable so I don’t use them ? Like they say you get what you pay for ?

Ear bud stuck in ear
I do not usually rate items on Amazon but today I feel I need to. like the discreetness of the hearing aids and also the volume control feature however I can’t recommend these due to the issues I’m having with them on the first day of using them. I Went to pull out the right hearing aid and the ear bud has got lodged inside my ear after first use! Now I have to go to hospital to get it removed as it’s gone in too deep to get out myself. Also there is a extremely loud whistling noise that comes through the hearing aids from time to time which is really unsettling.

Really good
Any adverse feedback can only mean that they have not tested these properly or perservered. As with any hearing aid, if you do not keep trying daily you may not adjust and get used to them but if you do, my daughter has highly recommened these.
