Easy on the spine!
The cost was lower than what appears to be the exact item from Rad Rover. I’m 6’1” and 220 LBS. Works fine for me. Easy to install, sturdy and really reduces the occasional pounding my back takes on rough trails. I’ve had back surgery so you can appreciate that I’m sure. I’m nearly 70 and in good shape. Highly recommend anyone start using something like this sooner than later.

Greatly improves gravel riding
I put this on my titanium gravel frame. It works well, providing a noticable reduction in the amount of vibration and fewer 'thuds ' when hitting larger bumps or holes. I have about 500 miles on it so far, and can't imagine riding gravel without. I uninstalled and adjusted once to get rid of a little bounce when pedaling hard, which I felt was easy to make.

It functions well but wears before a year of near daily use.
The suspension works well, soaking up bumps reducing impact on the body. The pins (really the holes the pins go through) that allow the seat to rotate on the axis to the seat post have worn substantially causing the seat to shift on the rail mount. I think the holes wouldn't have lost their shape if the pins had bushings to reduce metal on metal contact. If this part of the seat post were serviceable it could be saved.

Great suspension post, but needs adjustment!
The instructions were nil! It was mostly an intuitive thing. There is an internal screw on the bottom of the seat post to adjust the level of suspension. The cover also needed some trial and error. But performance wise, it was worked great with a good saddle!

An amazing addition to my bike.
I'm older and the additional shock on my seat post is amazing. It creates a much smoother ride. I don't feel any additional weight from it but the bumps are barely noticeable now.I've used other types and this one is superior to the others I've used.

Didn’t work for me
Put the suspension on and really can’t feel a difference, thought it might be defective and ordered a replacement and the replacement was the same.

Works ok to protect my back.
Installed on an electric bike that has no rear suspension. Works good on bumpy roads.
