UPDATE: Feb 2024I'm literally using the unit as I'm writing this update. This unit works so great if you suffer from neck pains and/or a stiff neck, which also attributes to migraines.Currently in physical therapy for my neck pain and stiff neck, which triggers migraines. When the therapist hit that knot in your neck, at certain points I can feel the pain shoot straight through my brain to the top and/or front of my head where I start to experience migraine pain. Sometimes the pain is local based on where the knots are in my neck.I was sent home with a series of exercises the help strengthen the muscles in my neck and trapezius muscles to elevate and loosen the knots that form in my neck area due to my line of work and past injury.I'm using this machine now to help with the soreness from the physical therapy, which I know will loosen up by tomorrow. Today I chose the settings MODE 4 LEVEL 9 HEAT 2 (x2-30 minute) treatment.My suggestion is to start on level 1 and test your modes out there, then increased the levels to where you can tolerate it. You can either choose the infrared for a deeper penetration or use without it.Hope this was helpful! I'm one year in and still going.FIRST REVIEW UPON PURCHASE:This machine works really GREAT!!! The infra red heat helps with tight muscles and stiff necks. I recently used on myself when my neck got stiff and could hardly turn it. I'm accustomed to TENS usage, so I did two 30min treatments with the infrared settings on 1 then increased to 2, I felt a difference the next day. I used it again the next day and definitely made my neck feel way better. If you can bear going up on intensity to your most tolerable max, you will benefit more from the unit.Most definitely a great buy!!!

Had one, like this lasted about a year with no issues. This POS sort of worked 3 times then died. LEDs are useless, heat comes from pads, not them and only thing that works. Loose fit also, don't dare move.

Entiendo que hubiera podido encontrar un mejor producto por lo que pagué, lo que más valoro es el tema de la temperatura que se calienta sin embargo tal como en la foto sólo tiene dos puntos para masaje y pensaba que iban a ser suficientes pero realmente no funciona tanto porque el área de trabajo es muy limitada

This neck massager works good. TOO good if I’m being honest. I’ve used it every day since purchasing it and I don’t think I’ve ever experienced anything quite like it. To be clear, it’s not a manual massager. It is a TENS device and instead works by delivering electrical current to your muscles to help ease away pain and tension. This really sounds scarier than it actually is, trust me. I was pleasantly surprised by the relief I felt from using the device. When you power on the device and power on the remote (needs 2 AAA batteries, not included), you will also need to lightly wet the area that you want massaged in order to make the device work better.After that all you need to do is select a heat setting if you’d like and relax while the machine works its magic. There are a number of massage settings to cycle through (my personal favorites are 1 and 9), and the intensity level is very adjustable. I would highly recommend starting with a low setting and working your way up since this device is VERY powerful. I like that the package includes two pads that can be used to deliver pain relief to other areas of the body. While I bought this specifically for my neck, it’s good to know that I have options.

I bought this product before and it was great. I bought a second one recently for a gift. It only came with the unit and remote. It was missing the charger, wall plug and cover for the tens unit area. It seems like this was a returned item. They used there own charger and when fully charged it did not last for even 20mins. I wrote a feedback to seller but have not received any useful feedback. I bought it using my flexable health spending accout so I can't do the normal return as I don't get credit back. Why can't I get someone to help me resolve this issue?

I have serious osteoarthritis and spinal cord deterioration, I work with Drs and physical therapists. I get neck pain/headaches frequently. I have used other tens machines and various items for comfort. This collar with the heat function answers all my problems.The heat ( the little lights at the bottom of the collar) works in conjunction with the impulses and after a 30 min session I feel 100% better! My range of motion for my neck/head is improved and the headache is not pounding.I haven't even tried all the various functions I found the lower modes are enough and if I'm still uncomfortable after 5 minutes I raise it a notch or two. I have only gotten to intensity 5.Yes I use it twice a day when I get up to loosen my neck after sleeping and either shortly before bed or when I'm watching TV or sitting at the computer. It beats taking pills!

I had purchased another device like this about 6 months ago. The brand was different but, was lesser cost than this one and had less features but, was a solid unit that did not break when I pulled it out of the package. This neck device arrived looking very nice until I pulled it out of the box. There was a plastic sleeve package around the arms of the device that was so tightly wrapped and stuck do to the other plastic covering that when I slid the arms out, it literally snapped coming out of the plastic sleeve. If pulling this out of the sleeve snaps the hinge to the device, it either was cheaply made or defective right away !! I expected this to be more solid and more flexible than my previous one given that this one was $20 more in cost had has more features. The construction is made of very cheap materials and I am very disappointed and unhappy with the cheap construction of the unit. It had good reviews but, I don’t know how !! Poorly made, cheap materials, but, great idea and features. I will be returning for a refund and finding a better replacement. We opened it and can’t even use it !!
