Mirrorstone SunHeat - 700W - Far Infrared Panel Heater - Suspended Ceiling - Slim Panel Heater [Energy Class A++]

Bought this heater few months ago, put it on 2hrs before going to bed in large room is so comfortably warm, I love this heater. Bought a timer for it and works great with panel.

The review asks for feedback on the timer and remote control but this does not come with one. I plugged it into a Google/Alexa plug which allows me to use a timer on my phone and voice control to turn it on. I'd highly recommend using smart plugs.I'm takes a while to get use to not checking the thermometer

This item was advertised showing it mounted either horizontally or vertically but the mounting guides or brackets gave no vertical options. Also states that it can be ceiling mounted (not that this was my intention) but the instructions state that it should not be ceiling mounted.However, to be fair to the company they agreed the refund, and after second check, also agreed to refund the return postage.

It says in description that it can be fixed to the ceiling with the ceiling fixing kit but it does not come with the item.As I purchased it to fit the next day I had to use something else so contact the seller to return item thinking they would understand as it does not say the fixing kit is not supplied but they didn't and it cost me £25 return.

The heater itself gets hot and if you are in direct line you can feel the warming effect of the UV, however I have yet to be convinced of its ability to warm up the room. At the moment as the weather is warmer there is not a need for me to have the heater on, certainly not long enough to warm its surroundings as stated.The unit does not come with any kind of temperature control.

I have just started using this in my new home gym. It warms up the room gently before I start exercising. It was easy to install and looks stylish mounted on the slope of the ceiling. A good price for a room heater and I understand that it uses a small amount of electricity compared to a fan heater.

No heating in our house since the boiler broke a few years ago and now saving for a new system. bought this heater as I read these are the cheapest to run, instead of the 1500 w we use. It takes up a lot of space on the wallIt seems that the heat limit in our old house is about 22 c, the heater will take it to that very nicely but not had it past that yet. I have it switched on & off by a thermostat plug as there is not settings on the heater,Edit November ...As the nights are getting colder it does take a bit longer to reach the max heat, but once it is there it keeps it at a steady 21. 3 c

Pros: it’s doesn’t weigh muchCons: you need to be sat right next to it. No timer (known when purchased). Short lead.Might be ok in a room the same size of the panel.
