Better In Taste & Aroma
This hing has a good strong smell. A little quantity imparts good flavor to the dish. I have tried good brand hing but this product has good taste & aroma. I would suggest Prakash Pure Heeng better than other heengs available in the market.

Prakash heeng is real pure heeng. We had switched our regular puchase of heeng from general store to Prakash heeng. The quality of this heeng this best of all we had used till now. Keep this quality up. Quality is your USP of this product.

Good flavor and Strong Aroma
This particular product is Crystal Heeng (Asafoetida) the Aroma is simply wonderful, people sitting two rooms across too will come to know food is getting prepared. It has good deep flavor that spreads evenly in preparations. Add this first in heated Oil/Ghee/ Butter in small quantity for a short period for best results. Undoubtedly far better than the Compounded powdered Heeng. The crystals are small and if so desired can be crushed further between two spoons with very little difficulty at the time of usage. Worth a try, in the end you would have paid a little more for good product. Well gave four stars for "Value for money" as it is deserves this, but still would have loved if the cost was a bit lower.

Awesome Hing.
Hing had very strong smell… just add little bit it will enhance your arhar daal… i have stopped other hing which i was usuing earlier…Thank You Prakash Hing for such a wonderful on time delivery
