Communication Skills for the Health Care Professional: Context, Concepts, Practice, and Evidence 3rd Edition

It says it's a recent edition but I think the authors just update a few notes, most of the research studies referenced were from over 20 years ago and I feel outdated with the latest information. I did not enjoy this book because I found it repetitive and long winded. I had to read it for a UCLA course but ended up getting my information online instead for FREE and much more current. No need to buy this book, get your research online from many well respected sources and more recent.
