I think this supplement has made me feel better; both elements seem good to take every day

I don’t have anything bad to say about these capsules at all. I’ve been taking them for months and they work so well that I will continue to buy them again and again! The only drawback is that you must eat a small meal before taking these or you will get nauseous. I set an alarm for each day and take 2. If I feel even the slightest symptom of sickness/illness coming on, I double the dose. I haven’t been full blown sick since I began incorporating these into my daily vitamin routine. Please buy them! I haven't taken this for long enough to give a good review, but it is easy to take and there were absolutely no side effects. I'm taking it for inflammation and histamine control.
