Fantastic Oriental Coating
Since purchasing our air fryer we ordered this chicken coating for when making chicken dishes. It's seasoned just right, if deep fried I am sure it would be ten times better tasting, however we use the air fryer only. It's a case of dicing the chicken, then dip it in the egg and coat it. Once all is prepared spray with oil and spray the air fryer. You get what you see in my first picture. It takes about 9 minutes on 180 degrees, I then leave to rest for a few minutes. Get a wok hot, add a touch peanut oil or sesame and reheat the chicken quickly and add an oriental sauce of your choosing. Tastes as good as a takeaway, but more healthier.

Nice fried batter
I managed to fry for the first time by following the directions of one of the reviews.I had a dry (just the dry batter) and wet (the batter with some water, and the paste must be quite thick) bowl, and I was able to create a somewhat crispy chicken. In all fairness, I didn't use a lot of oil, and I used a pot for it. I would suggest giving it a go and using an air fryer if you have one or one in the oven. But, the batter itself tastes amazing!

has paprika in it comes out with red tinge and is spicy/peppery so makes KFC really peppery
this is not a plain batter mix and actually had paprika in which made it slightly spicy , not what I wanted

This is it kings and Queens, the one.
People of culture, we meet again..This is certainly the best one on the market, follow the instructions and then add some dry mix into a container with lid....once you have dipped your chicken in the korean goo, put it in the container with dry mix and shake it....thank me with a like.Yours,The king of friend chicken

The flavors!!
This cooking batter/coating is fantastic, its bursting with flavor,Its extremely easy to use and coat with, as i work with chicken products, i know a good smooth strong batter when i see oneWould highly recommend this product for an adventure of flavorRecommendation for cooking :use 1 cup of frying mix (chicken mix bag) with 3/4 of the same cup of water ,mix until batter is creamy but thick (like pancake batter)slice chicken breasts into small easy to eat chunks and season with salt, pepper and minced garlicdrop the chicken bites into the batter and coat them (would recommend using hands as its easier but messy)then dip the coated chicken back into the chicken mix, move around until all the batter is coated with a layer of mix (would be easier with 2 bowls , 1 with batter (water and mix) and one with just dry mix)then fry in preheated oil in a wok or pancook until golden brown (cut in half if unsure if the chicken is fully cooked)Enjoy your nommy chicken :3
