They apologized for the scratched up case and sent me a whole new set completely free even though I just needed the case to be replaced. They didn't even require me to send back the case. Polly even included a note apologizing again for the case and assured me they had looked it over before sending it. The new case is completely free of scratches and there are no scuff marks this time. The new case shipped to me fast just like the first one did and I am very happy with my item. the case fits well on my computer. the screen protector has held up well and hasn't had scratches on it yet. The keyboard cover does hold dust but is easily cleaned by washing it with water. I'd rather the cover get dirty then get dust in my keyboard so it does its job well. I've grown to appreciate the plug covers and the new headphone one I was sent fits in the headphone jack better. I would strongly recommend the company as they are efficient and care about their customers and reviews.Original review ( I had left 1 star): I seen many great reviews but the case came scratched and dirty! I tried to clean it but it remains dirty. The screen protector collects hair easy so if you're going to apply it make sure it's quick. The little plug covers are just ugly, the headphone cover doesn't even fit right. The rubber keyboard cover is ok, it does leave makes on your screen and you can see where you press down on your keys though. Overall upset with the case but what can I really expect from something cheap. If you're gonna buy this make sure you don't get the clear one.

Absolutely great case to protect my new MacBook Pro I really love the texture of it. The case fits really nice very flush not intrusive or taking away from the Mac itself. The case is a fingerprint magnet if you have anything oily on your fingers, I would suggest just using a microfiber cloth with some rubbing alcohol to clean it.The screen protector is not difficult but not easy to apply either without getting bubbles. There are a few bubbles as I pictured in one of the pictures attached to this review, when the screen is on you cannot even tell that there are bubbles so not a big deal.I wasn’t going to use the keyboard protector but after seeing a little bit of dust on it, I am scared that any form of debris will go under the keys and it will be difficult to take out later. Used a keyboard cover on my previous MacBook Pros and I wanted to actually feel the keys on this one but the dust/debris dissuaded me from going without one.I only used the headphone jack cover as my USB-C ports are used quite frequently. One USB port, pictured, has a plug which is the adapter for the magnetic charger that I’m using and works great to charge my MacBook Pro, I no longer fear accidentally yanking my charger from my MacBook and breaking it. My brand new MacBook Pro had its first accident today. The outer shell of this case held up great. Just a few nicks, and some of them seem to have "healed." The screen protector, however, not so protective. Deep chip in the glass screen. The screen protector could be more durable. I wish I'd bought a dragon-glass style protector. A heads up that the keyboard protector is not transparent, more translucent, and the problem is that it clings in places and doesn't in others. It makes the keyboard look odd. Typing on it also requires a bit of a re-learning curve. I'm a touch-typist, and I'm making all kinds of unusual mistakes. The keyboard cover is also not completely protective - I got some water under it and on the keys, and for a moment I panicked. Lucky my keyboard seemed undamaged by the water. The bottom shell's rubber feet are nice and grippy, keeping the laptop secure on its perch. I'm pleased overall. The transparent outer shell creates a very pretty shine to my laptop's exterior in addition to seeming fairly protective.UPDATE: the keyboard cover has now warped at the spacebar. I've also come to realize that its milky-white translucence (rather than clear transparency) makes it difficult to see the keys at certain angles. I still am having trouble touch-typing as well as I used to, so it's taking longer to get through a sentence. I'm likely to purchase an additional keyboard cover, one that also protects the fragile touchbar, and does a better job of clinging to the keys to avoid warping.

This product protects my case and the matte black feel is soft and smooth, almost like butter. The plugs fit perfectly into my Macbook Pro 2020 touchbar version. However, the “screen protector” is just a plastic. I prefer no screen protector as it can cause difficulties in closing the macbook (I have not tested) and cause display problems. The keyboard cover is very sleek and nice. Make sure to clean off your keyboard before putting the cover on as excessive oil can lead to the paint on the cover going away
