Q: Is it for woolen clothing as well? Dont know why Amazon showed it under my wool detergent search!

Thank you for your inquiry. It can be used for wool or silk, but hand wash instead of machine wash and using acidic cleaning agent instead of typical alkaline cleaning agent is more suitable for delicate clothes made of silk or wool.

Q: My shirts are usually covered with food and food oil stains: does this do okay for these kinds of stains without using extra stain remover?

Thank you for your inquiry. The product works just fine for ordinary dirt like sweaty T-shirts, dirt, and etc, but the item's strength is not on removing stains although it may appear to work pretty ok with some of those food stains like coffee, ketchup and etc. In addition, it does not contain any whitener or brightener that makes white clothes look whiter/brighter especially when having such strong food stains. Therefore, if your laundry is normally covered with heavy food and food oil stains, then, it may be recommended to use extra stain remover, oxygen-based bleach (NOT chlorine-based), or bit of detergent (detergent has whitening and brightening ingredients, so) together with Terra Wash.

Q: How many GALLONS OF WATER for this size sachet, to effectively clean a 8kg max load? My old Kenmore 90 has settings for 10, 14, 16 and 20 gallons.

My washer only shows load sizes ‘small’, ‘medium’, ‘large’ and ‘extra large’, not gallons. I’ve been using this laundry bag for 5 years for 2 people and it has worked well for all size loads. I just purchased a new one as mine was worn out. Almost all the magnesium prills have finally dissolved. My laundry water is directed outside to plants as no harmful chemicals are involved.

Thank you for your inquiry. It is recommended to be taken out before drying process starts if you are using washer/dryer combo machine. It is completely ok even left in drying process, but simply the bag (sachet) may be damaged faster compared to when only used in washing process, so. To dry the product, simply air dry. It can be used for any water temperature whether cold or hot. Unfortunately, we do not have multiple pack at the moment.
