Moist and great taste too. Most breads I have tried that are gluten free just don't taste like bread, this was delicious. There are no preservatives so must eat quickly. This was not a problem at our house. Delivery charge a little high so recommend getting the 3 loaves rather than one at a time. You can freeze and thaw as you finish.

It's not fully done.I have to toast it twice before it gets brown.

My husband loves it !! We will definitely buy more. The review that sold me was the one that said it was well worth the S&H cost. I have to agree. My husband has celiac disease and for him gluten free is not an option. This is by far the best GF bread he's ever tried.

This is the best gluten free bread I have ever eaten. It is soft and not gritty like most gf products.

If you need to eat gluten free, this is the BEST! I leave it in the freezer, let it thaw in the open air (out of the bag), then put it back in the bag and store in the frig. I have tried alot of GF/DF bread and this is the clear winner!!

This is one of the best gluten free breads that I have tried. It is moist and tasty. I always toast my gluten free bread, however. I spread Smart Balance on the bread and then I eat too much of it. The company ships bread by first class mail, so be prepared to spend a little more, but it is worth it.
