Customer Service
I reached out to customer service on the headset due to the mute button was no longer working - Selina from Arama Service Team responded quickly and was able to get me a replacement within a couple of days! I enjoy using the headset because it's very light and easy to use! The best part is the customer service! I highly recommend it!

Works well
Works well. During a recent call, I was in a building that was testing the audible fire alarm. It was very loud. My coworkers on the call could not hear the alarm. So it seems this headset somehow blocked this background noise, which is nice.

Works for what I needed it for
Bought this for work. I hated the one that was provided by my job as it covered both ears. I tried wireless ones but was always told that I sounded echoy or there was a delay in what I heard vs what I said and ended up talking over the other person. Even though this is wired, it works great as the cord is long enough to move around a little and gives great sound quality for calls.

High Quality and Good Price
Review Content:I purchased these headset to use with my desktop computer for conference calls, and I am thoroughly impressed with their performance. Here's a deep dive into what makes these headphones stand out from the competition.Sound QualityWhen it comes to sound, these headset exceed expectations. They offer a rich, balanced audio experience with crisp highs, detailed mids, and deep, punchy bass.Build and DesignThe Arama boast a sleek and robust design, ensuring they not only look good but are also durable enough for daily use, with high-quality materials used throughout, contributing to their premium feel and reliability.ComfortableComfort is also a key factor for me, and these headphones deliver on that front as well. The ear muffs are incredibly comfortable and fully cover my ears, which not only enhances the listening experience but also helps to block out distracting external noises.Whether you're working from home, or just enjoying your favorite tunes, these headphones will not disappoint. They also send a type-c Adapter to use with my cell phone, Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend these headphones to anyone looking for a high-quality, versatile audio solution for both mobile and desktop use.

not very uncomfortable, mediocre sound quality and picks up all ambient noise
I got this to replace a Sennheiser set that wore out (and is discontinued), but it's not anywhere near as good as what it replaces. It was about the same price as that unit. The headband is too tight and the non-headphone size of it pinches on the head a bit too hard, it makes my head sore after about 30 minutes of wearing it, so it's not comfortable to wear for any extended period of time. The sound quality isn't very good. Part of this is to do with the ear pad which has small holes, and it also lacks a bit of volume. Volume and mute control is fine. This also claims to cancel out noise outside of your voice, and this is just not true. The mic pics up every single environmental noise around you.I would not buy this again.

Enjoying my new headset for listening to music and meetings
I purchased this headset for work. I do work from home and sometimes I need privacy so I can’t have music or my Skype/Zoom calls going out through the speakers so the whole family can listen in.I didn’t even realize this can be used to listen to music also as it is also a speaker ear set so even when I’m not on a call the music from my computer plays through it. Which means this has dual functionality! Now I want to get one that has speakers on both ears. I like the color scheme of the gold and black and the mic quality and speaker sounds crisp in my opinion. It also so comfortable to wear.Overall, I’ve got good value out of this in terms of quality and performance at a good price.

Comfortable, but muffled sound
I bought this for my work-from-home job, because it resembled a headset my employer provided but has seen better days. The good: The headset is very comfortable. The controls are easy to press and large enough that you're not hitting more than one button at the same time with a fingertip. I'm told I'm coming through clearly with no noise. The not-so-good: The sound is very muffled, and I'm constantly having to clarify what I think I've heard. I also need to have the volume on high all the time just to hear my callers. I can hardly make out the soft-spoken callers and it's been frustrating for them.I'll keep this as something to use as backup for the better headset I'll be getting.EDIT: The seller, Audimore, reached out to me and advised that I could get either a replacement or a full refund. They even sent a follow-up when I didn't respond (I hadn't checked my emails yet). I didn't expect the company to care, so this effort to make things right really impressed me.I had already purchased a different set of headphones, so I followed the directions for a refund from arama-tech. Arama-tech's customer service was not as impressive, which is forgivable. What irked me was that a PayPal account is required to get a refund, and the 'full' refund comes with a handling fee. Because of this, I'm changing my two stars to one.
