Good for profound hearing loss persons

Stopped working within warranty period.
Purchased this item on 31-08-2023. Suddenly it has stopped working today i.e 26.08.2024. Will Amazon please help me in getting it repaired as it is still in warranty.Please help.

Worked well - for a few weeks
Worked well as long as it did. Completely stopped working, does not come on at all, in less than 2 months of use. The multi-position switch is probably gone, there's no support. Wouldn't buy.
