Bought three, all work like champs
These pumps are quality made. Set it and forget it.The only thing that should be Noted is the discharge spout is not a check valve. Water Is able to run back into the tank. If you were going to have more than one pump on the same discharge line You will need one valves otherwise you will be pumping water back-and-forth from the pump. Not a drawback, these pumps are definitely recommend. But depending on your application, you may need one way valves like I do.

Easy install - works well
This was used to replace a like model installed years ago. Install was easy and quick, no problems so far.

Great!
I bought two pumps from Lowe’s for around $120 each. Both of the pumps failed less than 2-3 months. This pump has been excellent! It is strong and consistent! Easy to install!

Works for now but it always struggles after a year or less
For what I use it for, it only last a year.

NOT a 30-buck pump! Heavy-Duty motor and good switching
NOT the default 30-buck condensate pump from the home store! Heavy-Duty motor and good switching. Moves a LOT of water, or a little water quickly. My puny HVAC don't make much condensate, I wanted this more for reliability so I am not up at odd hours with tools and a wet-vac.So far (one day) so good.Very minor details: the safety-switch leads are ultra-short, so I have to lay on the floor to splice. A couple foot more wire would be nice at the price. There's just two holes in the top (of this high-capacity pump) and I have three drip-hoses. Re-plumb seasonally or get a funnel? The low-price pumps often have three holes and a hole-plug included.Pluses: comes with both open and check-valve fittings. Check-valve prevents that slosh-back at the end of the pumping, a bit more efficient; but open fitting drains the line so it won't freeze (like mine did).Note that one buyer says to clean the float-rod often, before it sticks (on OR off). You can remove the square plastic box (or just its screws) over the switches but beware! 120V on the switch lugs when cover is off.___________2 months later: still pumping great!! If you cut the bottom off a plastic soda bottle, whittle the neck a bit, you can make a great "funnel" to accept 2 maybe 3 hoses in one hole.

Great product
Industrial motor empty’s in seconds, almost silent. Worth the price!

The float switch is this pump's Achilles' heel
I am now on my THIRD pump in about 4-5 years. The pump part works fine; the float switch fails soon and often. On the installer's advice, I run a small amount of Clorox through the pump biweekly to keep the tank and discharge tubing clear and clean. The float on the float switch is shaped like a hockey puck but a bit smaller. It has a small shaft on top of it that moves vertically as the float rises to trip a switch to start the pump. After several months of use, the float fails to float, or else the shaft somehow corrodes and no longer moves smoothly. (Note: the small shaft is at the top of the float and should NEVER be in contact with the condensate that the pump is pumping, so it should be resistant to any corrosion.) In my application in the air handler of a central air conditioner installed on the second floor of my house, the failure of this switch quickly results in water on the floor, dripping through the ceiling below into the ground floor. After each failure, I take the pump apart, carefully clean the float and the little shaft, then apply a small amount of silicone spray to help it keep working a little longer. Early on, I also set up the pump in a small plastic storage container with a moisture alarm. That way when the float fails, the condensate is contained within the storage container (preventing any damage to my home) and the moisture alarm is activated and relayed to an app on my phone. It is beyond annoying to continually clean and eventually replace a very reliable pump because of a very UNRELIABLE float switch. Little Giant, you need to beef up this float switch!

Fantastic condensate pump, with a catch...
Everyone giving this pump 1 star because it failed needs to read this...My pump also failed on me after a year of solid operation. The float switch was failing to activate the pump and resulted in water overflowing the reservoir.I opened it up and found when the float switch turns on the pump, there is a small residual amount of water not removed after each cycle. Over a year or more, this left-over water builds up algae & funk that attaches to the float shaft preventing it from actuating up and down correctly. This causes the condensate reservoir to overflow. A simple routine cleaning of the float mechanism and water reservoir, and it’s as good as new. I have had the pump running for 2 years now in great shape.TLDR: Clean yer shafts and all will be happy in the land for years and years!
