I’ve recently bought two cases and will purchase again. Stays usable down to very cold temps. Doesn’t dry out at the tip too quickly when the tube isn’t used fully.

This is the very best all purpose caulk!

Pros: Low odor. Applied well to our baseboards. Inexpensive. (I purchased this at our local big box.)Cons: I've used every caulk brand/formulation under the sun, but I do not recommend this caulk for wet applications, as tiny pieces/beads immediately started flaking off -- and the shower enclosure was perfectly clean and dry. The label says it's siliconized acrylic latex caulk, but I do not see this lasting nearly as long as 100% silicone caulk in a shower/bathtub setting. It's worth paying another $4 (or $6) a tube for the right caulk.Conclusion: A fair evaluation of a caulk cannot be rendered until at least 12 months after application, but this caulk seems okay for some applications, but is not the best for a wet environment. Frankly, I'd spend the extra money for a better caulk.

Love this stuff

Fast drying, quick paint time. Resists cracking and shrinking fairly well, goes on and cleans up smoothly. Definitely my go to caulk.
