Does this have any massage modes. Their 2 channel one shows massage modes (kneading. accupunct) OR does this have anything that feels like that?

Whether for the 2-channel machine or the 4-channel machine, they both have massage modes, but the difference is the 2-channel machine divides the modes according to the way of massage like kneading, Acupuncture, Cupping; the 4-channel machine divides the modes according to the effects like pain relief or muscle conditioning, but when you use the 4-channel machine, you may have different massage feelings. Can i use differemt pad brand?

Most brands with similar looking connectors will work, as will different brands of leads that connect the unit to the pads. Some pairings are a bit looser than others, but I just give the female plug a slight pinch to make the connection more secure. That helps if you move around while using the unit.

Can u change the width & frequency on the channels like you can the istim or tens 7000?

No, the width & frequency of the modes are already preset, so there’s no need to adjust the width & frequency, just choose the modes that make you feel comfortable and change the intensity.
