Speck Products Presidio Perfect-Clear Grip iPhone 12 Mini Case, Clear/Clear

After years of using the bulky river animal case, my spouse asked for one the of slimmer cases like the rest of us use. Got the clear one just because it was cheap, but the textured ribs/grips are nice to keep it from slipping and sliding around. We've used with both hard/glass screen protectors and screen protector films, and both work with this case without lifting.

I have never cracked a phone or tablet thanks to Speck. I would love to see more styles or colors but why change perfection. I had bikes and lightning bolts on my Speck clear case at one time - bring it back! Very durable

Case was a little slippery when I first got it but with time it's become easier to grip. I do drop my phone quite often and have dropped it on tile floors, cement, blacktop roads... and the case just takes it like a champ every time. My phone doesn't have a scratch on it. If something were to somehow happen to this case, I'd immediately order another one. The case does show scratches but I'd rather the case get worn/banged up than the phone.

I have been using Speck cases for about 10 years now and have been very impressed regarding their durability and ability to protect the phones. The only damage I've had to the phone has been to the screen which is unprotected, never to the sides or back.This particular case is still a grip style, but unlike the older colored versions of this product, it doesn't have rubber grips, they are part of the molded hard plastic and are therefore still slippery. It's better than a clear case out of non-textured plastic, but still a bit easy to slip.The biggest issue is the side buttons. I'm not a weight lifter, but have very strong fingers and I experience difficulty trying to double click or use these buttons. It's a real pain and I was slow to recognize it because this is the second one of these cases that I purchased. The first one didn't have this issue.Bottom line is if you're looking for good protection, these will definitely do the trick, especially if you combine a screen protector, but don't expect it to be easy to use or for the clear parts not to yellow, because it will over time.

I love the case but I think mine might’ve been used. I have a few scratches on the back already and I just got the case today. Not that big of an issue because you can’t see it unless you’re like really looking but just wanted to make a note of that

Excellent phone case. Wish it had been in black, but for a great price, I’ll deal with it. lol

I love speck cases - and I have used black in the past but decided to try clear. The clear case buttons are very difficult to press. It's likely because the material used to make the clear case is different. I could not take it anymore and had to switch back to my black case. I still love speck, but the clear version just does not work for me, and the buttons did not loosen in the 3 months I put up with it hoping.

Terrific case and just what I needed. In addition to the back being clear, the grips in the back are clear so you can see the phone through the case.
