Q: Can I use these with polygel/gel polish?

Of course, acrylic nail tips are for you to choose the colors or patterns of gel polish you want. And you could change them whenever you want without damaging your nails.

Q: How do you remove them?

With acetone. You can either soak them in a bowl or use the wrapping method with cotton and aluminum foil. Technically, you can file them off as well, but that is both time consuming and more damaging to your natural nail bed.

Q: Are the nails flimsy or are they sturdy?

It depends on what you are doing. I Type all day, they seemed pretty sturdy but not the sturdiest. They pop off too if you dont add enough glue.

Q: Can they be used with a practice hand?

No I don't think so. After applying (I had to use crazy glue)within 30 minutes they had broken. Not popped off but cracked and would break. When this happened I was only trying to apply the others. I hope this helps
