Successful heating season.
Does the job as expected and replaced our OEM part seamlessly, it was easy to figure out terminal markings and swap everything over. Has been installed for an entire heating season without issue.

Fixed low flame sense condition
This is the third controller on my furnace. The first replacement was 17 years ago and was also a Resideo/Honeywell S8610U. This made installation extremely easy, just moved wires over. Same mounting points. This unit has been changed slightly from last time. Instead of a green LED for operation and a separate yellow LED for flame sense, the newer units have a single green LED which does both functions. This one is better because it gives an actual reading of uA coming from the flame sense. The old one only specified: OK, 2uA, and 1uA with a warning that a 2 or 1 could correlate to erratic performance. My furnace was definitely erratic, and after installing the new controller, the reading is 9 uA. This is good because I will be able to see any gradual reduction in flame sense signal BEFORE I get erratic performance (which of course happens in Winter, when it is most inconvenient).I can recommend wholeheartedly.

Worth every penny
I have older furnace that doesn't have a flame sensor every video out there says clean the flame sensor if the pilot lights and goes out I changed the pilot it wasn't it and end up changing out the module and it worked perfectly my old module was s8600m

Intermittent pilot module
Worked like a charm to replace the old model that had failed. Mounting screws matched old model and simply unplug one, put in exact connector and move to next connector except the 24V is not to be used with my furnace that went into THR for the thermostat. Ease pease back in action, with ko service call fee

Seems to work ok, but it flashes 4 false error codes
These are junk. I've had 2 now that constantly flash the error codes: 4, 6, 7, 8.6 is most concerning: "controller internal error"So, I had to pay a pro to check the furnace for errors. The error codes are false. The furnace runs fine.Do you want to buy a controller that seems to function correctly, but flashes 4 different false error codes, saying it isn't working correctly?
