This is the best packed brown sugar you can get your hands on in india. Thus stuff makes your cookies chewy and delicious. Definitely worth the money and it has a really good quantity (1kg).

Great flavour and tevture in baking!
Tate and Lyle dark brown sugar may cost a bit more ,but, it makes the cakes richer,with a deeper colour and texture to fruit cakes and puddings.

I don't understand why the sugar becomes lighter and lighter after purchasing twice??I am very disappointed because in my first and second orders the sugar comes perfectly dark but after 3rd purchase its becoming lighter and lighter!, same packaging but lighter the sugar in colour seems like the packet is mistakenly filled with light brown instead of dark brown.Team Amazon just track back my order details and please make sure I got the same quality like my first time orders from next order??
