Hi Mercy, from my understanding this natural supplement does not contain cortisol. The Gaia website listed these ingredients for Adrenal Health: Siberian Rhodiola root extract, Holy Basil Leaf, Ashwagandha root, Wild Oats Milky Seed Fresh, and Schisandra Berry. Has anyone experienced a boost in weight loss using this product? It seems to be helping me!

Cortisol is produced when the body is stressed, and cortisol also causes weight gain, so it does make sense that it would aid in weight loss due to less stress!

Did anyone experience weight loss once fatigue was balanced?

Yes! I was started to gain this squishy lower belly fat that I'd NEVER had before (even after having my son) and gained a total of 15 lbs----NO MATTER what I ate. The lower belly fat went away, my body changed shape back (from squishy to firm) and I didn't experience these symptoms anymore: fatigue, handfuls of hair falling out, acne improved (75%), insomnia, anxiety and an overall feeling of irritation which *Primrose Oil* had the largest effect on my irritability (must take daily to work daily through). *Primrose Oil* also removed my cramps by 100%! I urge anyone who experiences PMS (and/ or has Cortisol level issues) not only before your period but during AND after (when ovulating) to start taking this wonderful supplement daily along with GAIA Thyroid & Adrenal.I take the full recommended dose.
