Gam3Gear Analog Stick with PCB Board for Nintendo Wii U GamePad Controller Left Right Set

Worked perfectly out of the box.

Here I was with a Link who kept running off cliffs and into walls and I was thinking I needed a new WiiU gamepad. But they cost just as much as a new wiiu! And Nintendo wanted to charge me $110 with a 2-3wk turnover timeframe to repair it. But after watching a YouTube video I realized that all I needed was new analog sticks! I also bought the Nintendo repair tools and replaced both left and right analog sticks and now our wiiu gamepad is like new! It took me maybe 15minutes to take the gamepad apart and replace the joystick parts. This was my 1st time refurbishing anything and I’m feeling pretty proud, but really it was just that easy. Fit perfectly and works just the same as the originals. Just be careful with the wires!! Watch a YouTube video 1st. It helps a lot!

I installed this into my Wii U and I thought I didn’t solve the drifting issue but I noticed that the d pad was also drifting so I cleaned the contact areas where the d pad wiring tape is and everything worked perfectly!

I bought this item for my Wii u but when i received it one of their joy cons were working but one of the4m were corroded and i wanted to return them overall good product but sometimes bad part quality

For the price, they work great! Had a buddy of mine installed them for me on my Wii U game pad. Works like a charm.

Stay far away from this. Defective directly out of the package. I ordered these because I had to replace my right side analog stick on my Wii U gamepad. The replacement was very easy, straight forward, and you have to be careful with the connections (don't tug on the wires-gently pry connectors loose with a small flathead screwdriver). Back to the point, the right joystick would not respond when moved. I attempted to calibrate gamepad joysticks roughly 10 ten times with no success other than the pressing directly on top of the joystick to click it works normally indicating everything is plugged in. It's probably best to find another manufacturer of this part. I encourage you to do yourself a favor and research these to save time and trouble.

Good replacement for wii u sticks

Got them today and with in one hour I changed BOTH right and left analog sticks!!!!!! work better than the ones nintendo put in there when i got the wii u 3 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They feel tight and very responsive and soooooooo Perfict!!!!! I highlly recomend this brand of replacement analog stick for the wii u!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! I followed one of youtubes videos to a tee and within one hour i put it back together and works better than new! I did not just change the left side but I changed both Right and Left sticks:) wow what a difference it made!!!!
