I have a lot of trouble falling asleep and this does the trick. While it doesn't totally shut my mind down, it lowers my mind's activity so I can fall asleep much faster than without it.

I find this brand works. I used another brand when ran out on the road. I do not find the same quality of sleep. It was mentioned in another review to take with L-Theanine. A high absorbing Magnesium such as BioEmblem can help also

I've had trouble sleeping soundly for a long time. I would sleep, but it seemed like I was hovering just above deep, restorative sleep and ready to be awake most of the night so I never really felt fully rested. Before, I took melatonin (tried numerous brands) and an over-the-counter sleep aid. I've used this skullcap product for about a month -with the other products- and I have noticed a huge difference in my sleep and general level of anxiety (I take L-theanine for anxiety and this skullcap seems to work well with it). I sleep so deeply now that I actually need my alarm clock to wake up even after 8 hours of sleep where as before I was usually just in a 'drifting' state and basically awake long before my alarm sounded. Definitely worth a try.
