Works great and easy to use.
We had to experiment with making the dough. The corn Maseca worked well just have to let is dry enough to be firm and not sticky. We purchased the 10 inch to have the ability to make larger tortillas. It is simple and easy to work. It is heavy duty and well built unit. You can squish the dough back and forth as you press down on the handle. Open the lid and peel the top wax paper round off and let the tortillas sit and dry while cooking your one in the pan. When ready for the next one...hold the tortillas in your hand and then peel the last wax round off and drop in the pan. We used a little spray Avocado Oil and must use an iron skillet to cook. They taste great and fun to make!

J’ai acheté cette presse parce que je suis un régime cétogène et que je n’avais pas d’options dans les magasins près de chez moi, j’ai été ravie de voir que le guide associé à la presse avait une recette céto! Les tortillas sont bien aplaties, j’en ai fait a la farine de blé pour les enfants elles étaient plus épaisses mais ils ont quand même aimé et ils ont adoré écraser les boules de pâte (très satisfaisant comme activité). La presse est lourde et robuste, prévoir de la culotter au four avant utilisation. Je recommande.
